At Executive Impact, our focus is developing leaders and building leadership dream teams. We partner with businesses and organizations (including non-profit and ministries) to equip them to produce better results through their people.

* MANAGER BOOTCAMP (a ''public'' program for employers who may not have the budget to bring a leadership development program in-house, but do have the need to coach, train and develop key managers and supervisors to achieve greater success)

* CEO / BUSINESS LEADER ROUNDTABLE (to equip business owners and senior leaders to be more effective as leaders of their team with the opportunity to grow personally and professionally from the experience and expertise of other successful CEO's)
